  Brilliant experience. Really appreciated the phone call to talk me through the findings on the day and the subsequent advise. It's always nerve-racking choosing which surveyor to go for and I honestly can say we made a great decision. Will be using them again for all future surveys in and around the area. Thanks!

  Conveyancing report

  Castlemore Surveyors (Ltd) carried out a survey report on a house as part of the purchasing process. Their approach before, during and after the survey was exemplary. It is some 21 years since I last had a survey performed and Castlemore came on recommendation from a friend who had spoken highly of them. The report was produced within a matter of a few days and the initial conversation following the visit to the property, the day before a second visit, was very helpful in contributing to some initial follow up questions. I am grateful for their sage advice and steer.

  House survey

  The team were great from the get go being very detailed in terms of exactly what they covered as a business. They were really proactive and reaching out to estate agents directly and quickly. Also got a full call to talk me through before the report was sent which was so helpful giving time to digest and approach things that bit sooner. Top choice!

  I was recommended Castelmore Surveyors through a trusted friend. They were helpful and friendly over the phone from the get-to and made me feel at ease given this was my first property I was buying alone (which they really took into consideration). They went above and beyond for the survey, and spent over an hour with me on the phone after the survey debriefing. The report was very thorough and easy to digest too even though there was a lot of detail in it. I felt in very safe hands with them throughout and am grateful for their service.

  We needed a survey for a holiday flat. From initial enquiry, setting the appointment, hints and tips and then the final survey - they were excellent. Plain English explanations, happy to answer questions - an overall excellent service. I would highly recommend them and having saved us from an expensive set of problems in a poorly maintained building- we will use them again when we find a more suitable place.
