    Lock change

    Matt replied to my message promptly, answered all my questions and was able to attend on the day I moved in to my new property, at the time I required, to change the lock, and provided me with the type of lock I wanted. He was very polite and reassuring, and did a very good job, very quickly.

    Locked out of a car keys inside

    Matt came round to our house in Canterbury CT1 for an emergency car lockout. He responded straight away and was there within 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

    Very good service

    Had an issue with our front door lock not functioning correctly. Called castle locksmiths and they arrived within the hour. Very good service all round.

    Came out straight away tried to load a different options to figure out what was wrong with the front door to make sure it was the correct issue getting fixed. Very helpful will definitely be using again if need be!!

    We had Matt come round to change the lock on our front door and couldn’t be happier with the service. He was friendly, efficient, and just a genuinely nice guy. He responded really quickly & got the job done. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.
