From the momenbt James initially and subsequently attended on site to view and rectify the problem, nothing was too much troble. He replaced various parts which had worn out, and now the garage is fully operational. We chose to go with James after meeting him, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various garage door options available. Always courteous, pleased with the fitting and his help following installation with additional equipment we required. The installation was carried out as planned and they were very efficient and finished well in time.
