Gas Engineer attended site on time as scheduled and carried out the servicing to the boiler efficiently and professionally at a very fair charge.

I needed a new boiler and it was a very awkward install. Carthys were very responsive found good solutions and fitted the new boiler in a day. When we had a slight radiator leak they came around in a couple of hours and fixed it at no charge. Great service

Carthy’s Plumbing did an excellent job for me. They replaced my water tank in the loft and also fixed a leak in my toilet, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work efficiently and to a very high standard. The new tank installation was neat and professional, and the toilet leak was sorted quickly with no mess left behind. Really friendly and reliable throughout — it’s clear they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Carthy’s Plumbing and will be using them again in the future.

Have been using Carthy’s for a number of years at Coopersale Primary School, and have recommended them to a number of other customers. If you want a full heating system, a boiler service or a new bathroom, plus other services Tom and his team are excellent, from the office staff to the engineers, always very polite and go out of their way to accommodate your needs.
