Tom Carthy helped us with a kitchen rebuild before so he was the first person I contacted when we had an inaccessible leak in the mains supply under the kitchen floor. Rather than take out the units we accessed from outside and replaced the leaking pipe. All fixed by Dave who was very knowledgeable.

These guys are good. Turn up promptly. Know what they're doing. Always do a good professional job. Not over priced. Not only that , they are a nice crowd of people.

Excellent, timely,, tidy, polite, helpful service. They will be honest when they can or can't come and turn up when they say. They wrote fair prices, give you advice, no high pressure "agree now" tactics. Always happy wth their work. Used them for years

2 x Radiators replaced. Very pleased with their service. Estimate given and work carried out promptly. The engineer attending was polite and efficient and the final cost more reasonable than I had anticipated.

Carthy's were quick to come round and quote for the job (ripping out an old shower and repairing structure due to water penetration). They offered sound advice. Very good communication throughout the process. Completed the job in 4 days - marginally longer than estimated, but they explained that there was some additional carpentry required. Very tidy. No mess. Absolutely no complaints.
