  Carter’s Restoration Service is an excellent company to deal with and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. An itemised and competitive quotation was received immediately after Liam’s visit to review the work. I could tell by his knowledge and enthusiasm that his was the company I wanted to do the work. The team arrived on time every day and worked extremely hard and non-stop; some days not leaving until quite late. They were courteous and we were kept informed of progress and the work to be done each day. During the work they cleared any mess and on completion cleaned windows

  Repointing and adding swift bricks

  An ideal experience from start to finish - they were really transparent about exactly what they would do, and clearly itemised the quote and invoice, and handled all the communications with the makers of the swift bricks and did the necessary research. While the work was being done, they were very respectful and communicative, with both myself and my neighbours, and diligent about the quality of their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Repointing front of house

  Liam and Sheena (office) were both helpful and quick to respond to my queries. Liam came and did the repointing at the time and date arranged and the work was completed to schedule to a high standard. We had a little problem afterwards with an airbrick which Liam came back to fix immediately and gave us some really good advice on preventing damp. Excellent service and workmanship.

  i have no problem in giving a great review for Carters Restoration Services. Communication was excellent and quote was received quickly and it was a reasonable amount of money. Liam and his team turned up exactly when it was agreed that they would. They were knowledgeable about the work that I wanted doing and they carried it out efficiently. They left no mess behind when the job was completed. i am very happy with the standard of the work that they carried out, and i will happily use them again for any other work that i need doing.
