Reliable, polite and did a professional job

Carters replaced a couple of sockets and a new consumer unit, before undertaking an electrical certificate. We found them very friendly and professional, completing the work quickly and efficiently once instructed.

Carters Electrical were brilliant -they responded to my enquiry within 5 minutes of sending it and managed to fit me in 2 days later. They were very helpful and quickly answered any and all of my questions relating to what the best course of action would be. Once we had discussed the options and we had booked in the appointment, they arrived and very quickly and smoothly put in my new hob. They even cleaned up afterwards! All in all i would recommend them to anyone as great service, great communication and reasonable prices!

Booked in quickly and communication was good up to the inspection. I paid promptly and received the report the next day. After reading the report, it appeared further work might be needed. As I’m not an electrician, I messaged asking for a call to explain the findings and to book in any additional work required. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I understand this was just before Christmas, but it’s now January and there’s still been no follow-up. Once payment was made, communication stopped, which was really disappointing.

Fast and reliable service, had all the work carried out quick and easy, the electrician was polite and explained everything patiently.
