Lee Carter was very polite and helpful, and he left the work site clean and tidy, after removing a brick to try and trace the source of damp ingress into my living room. He then replaced the brick, repointed it and did some other repointing. He arrived at the time when he said he would, so I am very pleased to have had his help.
