Simon was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He came to see the jobs that needed to be done and returned at a mutually convenient time with all the parts. We encountered a problem with our stopcock so he had to stop what he was doing and rebook. Today he returned, the stopcock is now working properly and the job completed. Excellent work and communication. Highly recommend Carshalton plumbing and heating and we will return to Simon without hesitation if we need plumbing services again!

What looked like it should have been a simple job turned out to be more complicated because it proved impossible to take off the tap in order to replace the faulty valve. Simon was immensely patient and resourceful in how he overcame this problem, which ultimately involved drilling into the tap to remove the entire unit and took longer than anticipated. He responded very promptly and I would not hesitate to recommend him as a reliable, honest and very experienced plumber.

Simon came highly recommended from friends who used him previously. I called Simon as soon as I noticed the problem and he came out the very next morning to have a look and assured me it was ok to still use until he could come out which he did 2 days later . After assessing the problem he went away to get a couple of parts and quickly fixed the leak. I am so grateful for his kind,courteous and professional manner as well as being the tidiest tradesman I have ever employed. Extremely reasonable rates and I will never use any plumber other than Simon and his company. I highly recommend.

I needed a new shower pump. Simon recommended one which I went out and bought. Simon came round a few days later to fit the new pump, and did a very good and neat job. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends. Thank you very much Simon.

Simon recommended an online company and I saved £20+ on the cost of shower pump. He had to to reroute pipework for new shower and did a very neat job. Third time I've used Simon and will do so again.
