Very good...friendly but also professional. The initial survey which was very through, and well explained, gave us plenty of information. For the installation, they arrived on time each day, and worked through the day. Everything was kept in one place and tidied away at the end of each day. All rubbish was cleared at the end of the job.

Sean was punctual, polite and considerate. We had moved recently and wanted to replace small radiators with heated towel rails. He explained what he was doing and told us when he discovered a problem (lack of tiles behind radiators) before continuing to install the towel rails. He kept us informed throughout and explained the controls on the boiler before he left, leaving everything clean and tidy. When we had a problem with the pressure the next morning, he came back to fix it.

Carshalton Boilers replaced our gas boiler along with all necessary pipework. The fitter did a great job and discussed everything with us so we knew what was happening. He was very professional and made sure he cleared everything away at the end of each day. On the last day he took time to go through how the new boiler and control panel worked. A great job.

The service man who came was very polite friendly and respectful for my property.there was a problem and he sorted it with extreme professionalism and went the extra mile .definitely recommend him. Very happy with the outcome
