Sean spent 5 days, upgrading our central heating system, which has been in place for 40 years. It was a big job as the system was full of sludge. Sean was well-organised and competent. He explained what he was doing and shared his progress. He was pleasant to have in the house and sensitive to our needs.

Sean arrived yesterday to sort us out with radiators.. He was on time, courteous, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and quickly solved all our problems. Carshalton Boilers are a great company, we have used them for many many years and, although this time we did have a problem, we had great service to put it right and visits from excellent employees. Plus the very helpful staff in the office!

We have had a servicing contract with Carshalton Boilers for many years and have always found them very helpful and reliable. Over the past four days, they have successfully completed the installation of a new boiler. Every aspect of the job was excellent. Jackie in the office scheduled the work as quickly as possible - even managing to bring the job forward by a week from the original date. Paul, the surveyor, gave us clear advice on our various options. And Sean, our installer, was a joy to have around - extremely efficient and at great pains to explain every stage in the process.

Although the refurbishment of our central heating took five days, it was carried out efficiently and with great good humour. Our many questions were answered with patience. It was a pleasure to have both the fitters in the house, and we have no hesitation in recommending them. The administration however could have been better: no one thought to let us know that one fitter had been called to an emergency elsewher, and would arrive late.

Carshalton Boilers recently fitted a replacement gas boiler and radiators, a new smart system and did a few other plumbing jobs. Very happy with the quality of the fitting and also the care they took while working in every room of the house. I've used them for over 20 years to service my boilers at different properties and will continue to use them in the future.

I have used Carshalton Boilers for a number of years and always found them excellent. I am in the process of selling my late brothers house and needed the boiler serviced and accredited. Carshalton came and checked the boiler but found being 15 years old it was not in good condition and needed some replacement parts which they considered could be difficult to get so I asked them to give a quote for a new boiler which they did almost immediately . I accepted the quote and the following week the new boiler was installed. The fitter was excellent and everything first class. Highly recommended
