  VW Polo Engine replacement

  Work took a bit of time to complete. But was partly due to other issues that needed attention the bad weather and waiting on parts. However Damien did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Recommended. 🙂

  Car won’t start

  I was not sure if it was battery trouble or starter motor. Damian knew straight away it was the battery and fitted a new battery. Excellent job

  Wanted fault fixed and atempted start,

  Person arrived and plugged in ODB told me the fault (I had already Told him the fault). Could not tell I me any more than I had told him. Car had started on a bump start before. So attempted a bump start. But due to turning up in very small car with a couple tools in the back, could/did not not tow the car back to my drive. Said would go away and get back to me, No contact took me to contact him, then got a vague answer no detail except. Not interested thank for your £80. His Advert, may suggest much larger outfit than he is. Expect a one man band with a few tools and not option

  your car 200k+ miles and was beyond reasonable repair. don’t blame me 4 u 2 squeeze every ounce of life out of a broken car. I informed you it was not a cost effective repair. guarantee you’ve scrapped it since. Prove me wrong! Remove your terrible review

  New car battery

  I was stuck at home needed a new battery and reached out on check at trade. I was contacted very quickly and between us he got the right battery and got to me that day to fit it. We were all done before it got dark.

  Problem with selecting reverse gear in Suzuki Swift Car

  Had a problem with my car had to be recovered home, as several local garages all busy. Put my request on Checkatrade mid morning Damien answered quickly and gave me a time he could look at my car that afternoon. Very quickly he found the problem and did a repair all in under an hour, he recommended ordering a new part, as he said his repair would only last a few months and he showed my husband how to fit the new part when it comes. So pleased, really nice guy, good communicator, great experience all round.
