Absolutely brilliant service. I'd found it so difficult to find a plumber but Doug was so helpful and above all caring even though they were so busy at the time. Always responded to my calls. Ross did an excellent job, again very caring and careful and was always thorough, efficient, polite, clean and tidy and respectful. I really couldn't commend this company highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others or using them again!!

Doug arrived within 10 minutes of my call - carried out the emergency repair, was polite, courteous, tidy and very reasonably priced - amazing service for a very wet Sunday afternoon - for which I was truly grateful.

I needed Doug to make sure the boiler was working so we would have heating on the day we moved into the property. The boiler was not working (!!) but Doug very patiently helped me work out how I would contact the boiler provider (as it was still under warranty) and told me what to say to them. He explained how my immersion heater worked and talked me through how to get hot water on our first day, and helped me figure out how the thermostat and timer works. Thanks to Doug I felt very well informed about our heating system prior to moving in to our new house. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Great professional service, clean and tidy and job carried out efficiently without any fuss. I was able to work from home whilst they did it and it didn't interfere with me working at all. I would use them again for other jobs.

Used Doug for years for many jobs, from big to small. Never look anywhere else. Would rather wait for Doug to have time. Reliable, trustworthy, nice and good!
