I recently had my carpet upstairs and vinyl in the kitchen. Their service was really good and they were on time. Their price was very reasonable and I was very happy with the soft fluffy grey carpet. I have recently moved into my new home and needed new carpet and laminate fitted. The major high street carpet company were charging me a fortune and I had to wait over 3 weeks. I found Carpet Street who came out quickly and gave me a quote they were polite helpful and offered advice. I had my carpet and laminate fitted and I am very pleased with the quality and results and they were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend!

Very good communication from the request to the completed work. Was able to accommodate our schedule at short notice and didn't take long before the work started and completed. They were able to bring over samples and discuss them patiently whilst we we're trying to choose from the range of samples provided. The price was very good and we were happy with the quote provided. The fitters that arrived were very friendly and courteous which is a big plus for any company, would not hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them.

They were very professional and courteous in preparing the quote for the job. On the day they were over an hour late without any heads up or apology which was a little frustrating. They did the job very quickly and throughly and we're super friendly. But I wasn't thrilled with the quality. For example there is a very obvious join towards the edge of the room. And in one place they just didn't cut the carpet close enough to the corner so you can see a bit of the wood underneath. They also left all of the offcuts and materials there and I had to ask them to at least take the empty cans of glue.
