  The carpet supplied seems to be of excellent quality and we received a very impressive level of service. Holly was friendly and efficient when visiting and providing a quote and managed to squeeze in our fitting before Christmas. The fitting went very smoothly, the fitters being friendly and courteous along with doing a great job with the carpet. Every interaction with this company was positive - everyone turned up when they said they would and everyone did what they said they would do. Carpets4U will be the first company we contact when we replace the lounge carpet next year.

  Delighted with the service received from Holly and the fitters. Holly was very prompt to respond to our initial request and kindly arranged a weekend appointment to measure up and show samples. We’re very pleased with our new carpets and will definitely use the company again.

  Kind donation to a cat rescue shelter

  I rang Holly to ask for a few small offcuts to put in a local cat shelter where the 2 outdoor pens had concrete floors. She very kindly delivered them personally to my home and there was no charge. The elderly lady, who is part of a large cat rescue organisation, will be so pleased that the cats in her care will have cosy floors to walk on. Thank so much Holly for your kindness.
