The carpet supplied seems to be of excellent quality and we received a very impressive level of service. Holly was friendly and efficient when visiting and providing a quote and managed to squeeze in our fitting before Christmas. The fitting went very smoothly, the fitters being friendly and courteous along with doing a great job with the carpet. Every interaction with this company was positive - everyone turned up when they said they would and everyone did what they said they would do. I rang Holly to ask for a few small offcuts to put in a local cat shelter where the 2 outdoor pens had concrete floors. She very kindly delivered them personally to my home and there was no charge. The elderly lady, who is part of a large cat rescue organisation, will be so pleased that the cats in her care will have cosy floors to walk on.
