Our carpets had been badly stained by our elderly and incontinent dog. Other carpet cleaners had been tried but they failed to remove the stains, having seen Paul’s reviews we decided to have one last try at cleaning before buying new carpet. I’m glad we did, he came and cleaned living room carpet and left without taking any payment. Telling us to wait until it had dried out and see if we were satisfied, before having hallway and dining room carpets cleaned. We couldn’t have asked for better results so we had the other carpets cleaned to the same high standard. Thoroughly recommended
