Gary made appointment....Toby arrived bang on time. A very pleasant and friendly chap. I am amazed at the result. For most part the furniture was not too bad, but I had places where my dog passed by and rubbed against, which I thought might not come up so well. Well done Toby...all the dog patches disappeared and my suite is as good as new. I would thoroughly recommend them..and will use them again myself when carpets need cleaning. From quote to finish the communication was spot on. Prompt to reply and arrived as advised and kept in touch to confirm time of arrival. Sofas were cleaned perfectly- and Toby did an excellent job at dealing with a particularly stubborn stain on one of the sofas. All dried really well. Cushions looked rejuvenated.
