Ian was on time and explained what he would be doing and roughly how long it would take him to complete job. He was very polite and worked very hard. I was delighted with the outcome and the care he took to move and protect my furniture.

I have been using Carpet Bird for a number of years now and wouldn’t go to anyone else. They are amazing at what they do, know everything there is know about carpet and upholstery cleaning and are always professional and friendly. I am always communicated with prior to the appointment and always book my next appointment in advance to avoid being disappointed with not being able to get booked in.

My carpets look like new. Reece is an extremely friendly and helpful chap and was able to complete the job perfectly in a very short time. I cannot recommend Carpet Bird more.
