Sam and his associate responded quickly to both my requests. They replaced and reset roof tiles as requested and to time frame over the two bookings I agreed with them. I am happy with the work performed and timeframe to complete

Sam and Dylan from Carpenter Roofing came around the next day and managed to replace the damaged tiles that were letting water inside, and took photos and video for me to see what other issues were contributing to the leak. I was very pleased with them and I've booked them to complete the other work that's needed.

Sam and his colleague came out the next day to inspect my roof and provide a quote, with plenty of pictures and a clear explanation of the damage and the recommended work. Polite and professional throughout, with work completed the week after to a high standard.

After the job was carried out I noticed a minor issue with one of the downpipe connectors and Sam came back within 2 days to rectify. As an architect I've worked with a lot of different trades and although it was only a small job I can honestly say I've never had an experience with one as positive as this was."

Sam and his partner were really quick and very professional, tidy workers. They took images of all issues on the roof and explained what they'd do to repair them, all very efficient and clearly explained.
