Simon was very professional he give me a quote for the job in writing . He was very respectful and communication was excellent. It was refreshing to find someone who was both professional and I would have no trouble in recommending him to others.

Excellent communication, both by email and WhatsApp, with arrival times each day etc. Excellent customer service - from coming to do the first quote to finishing the job, he is professional, kind and puts you at ease in terms of only doing the work you require (he won’t try and flog you extra work you don’t need, if anything the opposite!). Excellent reliability - he was here every morning when he said he’d be and finished the job in good time, not compromising on the quality of his work, which was also excellent. He charges by the job not the hour. I would have him back in a heartbeat!

Simon helped us to identify the correct replacement parts for a broken decades-old internal door mechanism and installed it with the replacement handles, and pointed us in the right direction for vent covers for some drafty external air bricks, which he also installed for us. He was cheerful, professional and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to get him back in future.
