He was the only electrician we could find who would come out to an emergency on a Sunday afternoon. He was clear with the cost of the call out charge and hourly rate and said that he specialised in diagnosing electrical problems. He arrived when he said he would and very quickly realised what the problem was, took pictures on his phone and explained what had happened and how he could fix it. He worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work, leaving the area tidy and was very polite and courteous. Would highly recommend and would use him again in future.
