  Toilet & pedestal removed and refitted perfectly, neat, professional job, highly recommended!!

  Carl did a fantastic job removing my toilet and sink pedestal and then reinstalling everything after my new flooring was fitted. He was professional, polite and friendly throughout, and took care to check everything was working properly before he left. The finish was neat and I’m really happy with the end result. I’d definitely recommend him, and more than happy to use his services again in the future when needed.

  Radiator installation

  Really impressed from start to finish. Came over to have a look, gave sound, trustworthy advice. Gave a system a flush, installed a new radiator in a bedroom and replaced all our others. All now working like a dream in a lovely cosy house.

  Leaking toilet needing replacement valves and replacement parts due to corrosion

  Carl was amazing fantastic. His communication was great throughout, he was happy to take the time to explain things that I didn't understand, and was incredibly patient and kind when running into problems on the job, through no fault of his own. A straightforward valve replacement on the toilet due to a large leak turned into a crisis when a corroded part came off. Carl kept calm and professional, replaced the broken part and fixed the toilet, despite it taking twice as long as he quoted for, and he never charged extra for this. A fantastic plumber, will definitely call on him again!
