  Competitive pricing and excellent quality work

  Very competitive pricing and did a cracking job of my patio, garden and side gate. Around 70sq m of patio, along with a path down the side of the house with a gate. Also did some turfing an building up parts of the garden and laying sleepers. Very happy with the work and great communication.

  Lift existing patio and relay level and put in a path.

  WE are pleased with the work Varlin did, he and his staff were friendly. Expected start date was delayed due to the weather and took longer than expecte due to illness by a day. Overall we are more than happy with Carlin's work, and the price was good as well.

  Rear garden transformation

  Carlin totally transformed our rear garden from a soggy uneven mud pit to an amazing garden for our family to enjoy. Patio extended and artificial grass layed with the hassle of having to raise and level our garden. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family. Very friendly and helpful during the whole time he was here.

  Strip of Ground cleared and laid with slate

  I had a fairly unremarkable job for an experienced tradesperson but I was quoted quickly and reasonably and a start date was agreed with little waiting time. The job has been completed and I am very happy with the final result. Carlin and his employee worked hard in some not so great weather to complete it and left the place as clean and tidy as the weather would allow.
