Chimneys x3 reduced lowered and rebuilt. Flat roof replaced. Chris showed up on time, gave a explanation of what work was required. Excellent work done in a timely manner, to a high standard. Estimate price agreed. Would highly recommend Carl Duckett & CO, for any roofing concerns

I can thoroughly recommend Carl Duckett & Co, from day one, the service has been impeccable. The team who worked on our roof were skilled, efficient, super friendly and a credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble, and the work was carried out in the time frame agreed.

They came when they said they would. More works was needed than originally thought and was still done to a high standard. The men were very friendly, worked hard, and left the property very clean when finished. Despite the additional work needed the repairs came in on budget.

Following a leak in our living room they came and inspected highlighted poor previous work and helped us make decision which was best for us. The replacement was done, the guys were fantastic kept everywhere clean and tidy no rubbish was left. They even returned to check all was good and do some additional bits the next day without extra cost as it had worried him that previous guys hadn’t completely worked the lead. Honesty and respect from owner and workers can’t recommend how comfortable it was to deal with the team

My old roof had been poorly fitted and was leaking in lots of water. The team came out quickly and quoted us a fair price promptly. Despite the awful weather causing delays the team kept in touch with regular updates. When they came they were extremely hard working and friendly. They got the work completed to a very high standard and it was completed quickly. They removed all debris from the property and I cannot recommend then highly enough. Many Thanks

The workmen arrived on time as expected and started work immediately and were extremely tidy. They kept me fully informed through every stage of the process and particularly when they were looking at the seals around the Velux window to see how Cluster Flies were getting in. Only time will tell whether they have solved the problem with the flies. Gutter cleaning was carried out and also moss removal from the roof. I feel that the roof has had a good service and I will be asking them back in subsequent years to carry out annual servicing. I would definately recommend this company.
