10 An Ultra Professional Service

Carl came out very quickly to investigate the problem with my foreign made all-electric combi boiler. It took him some time as I had no handbook (!) but with the aid of Google, YouTube and his assistant, Pat, he identified the problem and has fixed it. Yay!! After a month with virtually no heating or hot water because I couldn’t find a knowledgeable heating engineer, I’m thrilled to be warm again. We are really pleased with this company. They are kind , easy to contact , keep you informed about upcoming appointments. They are very punctual and do a good job. I needed power to a new shed. On the first day they routed the heavy duty cable from the house fuse box to shed, wired the sockets etc. On the second day after the shed was lined they connected everything up even to the point of correcting the house fuse box which was fitted years ago incorrectly .Carl and his employees were very professional and friendly and helpful.
