Absolutely superb service. Jimmy arrived within 1 hour of calling a very helpful Bev in the office. Received a text allowing me to track Jimmy’s journey to me. Total breath of fresh air from Jimmy. He was extremely presentable, knowledgeable and I was so impressed. He diagnosed the problem and we have made plans to get it rectified. I have no hesitation in recommending Carford Heating & Plumbing.

The team were very polite and knowledgeable. They were very prompt and clean workers. The job was completed well within the time scale.

Rich, the engineer who came to service the boiler was very professional but also amiable and approachable with any questions we had. He did a very thorough job, even finding and replacing a worn washer and quite a bit of detritus that had come out. Very helpful about what they could do for us, including getting a Hive unit replacement. Rich also mentioned that the company does electrical work which is very useful to know.

Carford Heating and Plumbing were excellect. They got back to my request quickly and the work was completed quickly (as this is what I needed) They also removed and disposed of my old hob which was not originally agreed but was much appreciated.

Carford were very helpful on the phone and were clear about timings and pricing. The quote was fair and they could get it done within a few days which was great. The plumber who attended was tidy, knowledgeable and clear about the job which was appreciated. I would recommend them based on this experience and would have no delays using them again.

The lads turned up just before 8am and got on with the job promptly. They talked us through what they were doing and we're very tidy. Would highly recommend.
