  A pipe was not fitted by the last plumber took less that 10 minutes for the plumber who I strongly approve and would use again

  Initially successful repair to gravity fed system, followed by new boiler installation.

  Initial problem which had flummoxed 3 others successfully resolved in minutes. Despite tricky in-situ old gravity fed system - creative and workable solution of new combi boiler and quote provided same day as initial repair. Work booked in very professionally and pleasantly. Work carried out with gusto, speed and efficiency. No messing about. I’d go as far as to say watching Matt work is comparable to watching Federer play tennis, or O’Sullivan play snooker. It was magic. Made it look easy. I’m chuffed to bits. If you are thinking of using Matt - don’t hesitate - you are lucky to have found him.

  Boiler service

  Booked Matt for a service. No issues with the service itself however my boiler had a leaking pipe which he alluded to being a non-issue. He wasn't able to give me a more detailed explanation. It took me 3 weeks of chasing up to be told (via his secretary) that I needed a new boiler! Apparently the leak was due to a faulty heat exchanger. All this after he had left the boiler service saying my boiler was running fine and had no issues! Confused! I got a second opinion and it was clear Matt had mis-diagnosed the issue. Would have preferred if he just told me he wasn't familiar with my boiler.

  Like for like replacement of a Worcester Bosch Greenstar boiler and pump

  Matt was exceptional. He ensured all of the working space was covered to protect decor, advised on potential working time and got on with the job. There was an issue with the pump and electrics (not due to Matthew's work) and I was kept updated on the issue and remediation plan. All sorted with a full overview of new controls and the most cost effective way to use the heating system. 100% happy and would recommend Careys both on price and customer service. Alison also ensured I received a prompt quote and installation date. Great service

  New boiler installation

  I super appreciate the great service and fast response from Carey's Boiler installation. A new boiler was installed very quickly, communication was straightforward and they couldn't have done more to help. So pleased to have found them and highly recommended. Overall, I don't think I could have found a more professional and personable company to work with. Thank you Alison and Matthew!
