  Broken promises and demanding extra money to fix issues

  I am writing this review to warn others about the lack of integrity shown by this business. When the fence was first installed, I raised concerns about the height. I was explicitly promised that if my neighbour had any issues with it, they would return to cut the top portion down.My neighbour has now politely requested it be lowered because it is a safety hazard; it completely blocks his view of pedestrians when he pulls out of his driveway .But the trader is demanding an extra £250 to fix it.They even sent a voice note telling me to wait for a council complaint instead of helping.

  Hi Abraham, For clarity, before starting we explained that front fencing is normally limited to 1m. You requested a 1.8m fence on one side and confirmed both before and during installation that your neighbour was happy with this. The fence was completed as agreed. Concerns were raised around three weeks after completion following a change of mind. As a goodwill gesture, we advised that if the council formally required the fence to be reduced, we would assist. However, altering completed works involves additional labour, which is why a cost was advised. Kind regards, Cardiff & Vale Maintenance

  Garden Transformed Overnight
