    Great service: quick change of a very old radiator, talked me through the work, kept everything clean and tidy and made sure everything was back right before going!

    Underfloor Heating System Fixed!

    I can highly recommend Otenio Bancroft from Cardiff Plumbing Ltd. He took the time to fully understand our complex underfloor heating system and has managed to fix it where 3 other plumbers failed. He's very knowledgable, a perfectionist and takes a lot of pride in his work. Otenio is a lovely person and is very professional. And he’s followed up to check everything is still working well🤩
