The guy knocked on my door on arrival and I spoke to him but he left without saying anything and had missed something that I had requested. There was no opportunity to inspect the work before left. I feel this is quite rude, and other trades person invites you to inspect their work. As the quote was quite high compared to others I had received, I thought a little courtesy wouldn't have gone amiss. We have now increased our portfolio from our humble beginnings of just cleaning windows to include UPVC cleaning, gutter clearance, and conservatory roof cleaning.
