They blocked the guttering. Used a pressure washer to try and clear guttering which caused water to be back flushed through a condensing water pipe to my boiler connected to the gutter down pipe. This has flooded the PCB in the boiler causing it to break. I've still got no hot water. They did deduct some money off bill as for inconvenience. They did say they unblocked my gutter but we had first rain since then this week and it is still blocked. Although the guy was helpful and understanding I don't trust them to come back and unblock it. I will have to get someone else in.

Really happy with the work. Very good prices also. Will definitely use that again.

Definitely recommend asking for Jan, very hard working technician with a keen eye for detail. Fixed our leaky gutter for the sake of it whilst on a break, previously was told by guttering company I need to replace it all and he just sealed it in 5 minutes like it was nothing. Beyond impressed.
