I was really impressed with the standard of work and the time taken . Care was taken to clean up the gutters which had not been done for man years. This resulted in a lot of mess but it was all cleaned away leaving the house and paved areas neat and tidy.

Our garden is beautiful, but the mosses was nightmare during rainy days between October and April, it was slippery and dangerous for us and for our guests. We have plenty of injuries, every enterprises charged us but they removed only for temporary solutions not removing the reasons.When CAPS coming, at the beginning I observed that they are professional and like their job. The effect is more efficient then I expect, the pavement in my garden is safety and looks better than new one. Really advise CAPS to everyone.

Alex and his team recoated our roof last October, carried out minor repairs too including replacing 10 tiles and repointing the ridge line, work done to excellent standard at about half the cost of what a roofing company has quoted. Didn't even need a scaffolding either. Excellent service start to finish, and everything explained very well. Will definitely use them again!
