Came as soon as he could and assessed the problem, clearly explaining options and price; the problem was fixed in good time and I would recommend him to others and use again

Clive attended very promptly and assessed the leaking stopcock. He adjusted the valve and hopefully it will fix the problem. If it needs a replacement then he is happy to be contacted again to source a replacement.

After some exploration and testing, Clive located the blockage in the outlet drain which was causing our kitchen appliances to flood the kitchen floor. He then set to and cleared it. We are more than happy with the result. Many thanks Clive!

Dave did a brilliant job of moving our radiator. He showed me how to sort some simple bits on my boiler, along with explaining everything really well to do with the new valve he installed on the radiator as well. Most importantly, I didn’t feel like he was trying to rip us off or find issues that weren’t there to charge more (something we’ve had a lot of in the past). I would definitely use his service again.
