  callout cancelled, non refund of callout charge

  called about a broken fridge freezer which subsequently fixed itself. when booking i had to pay a callout charge of £108 and they were going to come over later in the week. the charge was paid to them immediately. upon cancelling they said they would pay me back the callout charge. 12 days later i am still waiting , despite assurances i would be refunded by the end of the day.

  Oven repair

  Unprofessional and rude staff (both engineer and service centre), incorrect diagnosis of issue (which happened to cost 4x the amount of the parts actually required), quoted 6 weeks to fix the issue when it actually took 2 days with a different company. I’m still awaiting a refund of £241 paid for the parts that I never received or needed. Manager John Fisher is never available to take my calls to discuss or get to the bottom of the issue. Never use this company - they will scam you!

  led light for fridge

  needed to replace led light in fridge .tried other places with no luck. Spoke to salesperson Dibs at the Harrow branch .who after some information was able to order the wright led. very good service

  Fix oven (ignition issues)

  They didn't show up at the given time (9am) and then took one full hour on live chat to tell me when they will come instead (12-3 was given) and at 3.25 they were still unsure when they could come. They said they would process a refund more than a week ago but this hasn't been received. They genuinely treat customers like garbage as every employee I've spoken to just shrugs their shoulders and don't care as you pay them in advance. DONT USE THEM, especially if you read this review. Give your hard earned money to companies who care about customers.
