10 Respectful tradesperson, good work carried out

I spoke to Capital Plumbing about a job with my mum's shower and they were able to talk through a number of options and provide useful information ahead of the job being booked. They were quick to respond and worked around my mum's availability. They estimated 2 hours for the job (installing a glass shower screen) and was able to complete the job in just over 1 hour. They also left the space clean and tidy, and deposited the packaging into the recycling bin. My mum is happy with the outcome of the job and I am happy with the service they have provided. I rang on Saturday about a leak to my main stopcock. He was so helpful on the phone, providing me a number to text a picture. Then called me to make sure I understood and all was OK.
