10 Fantastic job

Capital Movers did an absolutely fantastic job. They got everything sorted with no fuss, even worked around a tricky parking situation and with a bit of humour and good spirits put us at ease on the day when it can be a bit nerve wracking. They are so detail oriented too and helped us with things we hadn’t even thought of, you could see the experience coming through there. Bill was fantastic - efficient and humorous, did his job extremely well with a lot of good humoured chat that kept him as well as us going through the move. The packing was done by Ann-Marie for the fragile items meticulously, and everything reached the new house safely - which is great. The timing and efficiency were both fabulous, and the cost within reason. We had an excellent experience with Capital Movers. We were very anxious about the logistics of the move, but after Ann-Marie visited to give a quote we felt fully confident that things would go well and that there would be no unexpected extra costs. On the day of the move they took great care with all of our belongings and worked cheerfully and efficiently, making the process very enjoyable. Overall experience from initial visit to actual moving day all positive. Communications were professional and friendly, particularly when we had to change moving day at short notice.
