Emergency locked out with my elderly partner inside who has mobility issues so I thought if I call the police they may break down door or a window then I thought of locksmith Kevin and called him after 29 mins deliberating what to do. He came within 20 mins snd opened the door with his tools and all was well my partner had fallen but was safe and we had a nice dinner to celebrate what could have been so different.

The deadbolt on my front door got stuck in place, locking me inside of my flat - Capital Locksmiths came within a few hours to assist. They were able to remove the bad lock, replace the front so I didn’t have a hole in my door, and returned within a couple days with a replacement and new keys. Each visit only took 20/30 minutes, very quick professional service, now been a month and new lock working great
