Excellent service. Arrived within 5 minutes and had us quickly back into the house.

Responsive and efficient service. From enquiry to completion the process took less than 24 hours. I had contacted a number of locksmiths and still yet to hear back from them. There is a spate of burglaries in Worthing and Lancing and my house was targeted, fortunately the additional locks prevented the burglars from gaining access. Thanks to Malcolm my property and family are safe. It could have been a different story. Reliable, responsive, efficient and tidy service.

We phoned Malcolm after our patio door suddenly stopped locking, based on his excellent Checkatrade reviews. He came first thing the next morning, exactly on time, and charged us what he'd thought would be the cost based on our description of the issue. He was really friendly, explained the issue with the door and was just a lovely guy. I'd 100 per cent recommend him.
