10 Can’t recommend enough!

Job location: SS16Absolutely outstanding service – I honestly can’t recommend highly enough. We’ve been dealing with an ongoing leak for 6 months and had already had two plumbers and a leak detection company out, none of whom were able to properly identify or fix the issue. It was incredibly frustrating. From the moment he arrived, it was clear how thorough and knowledgeable he is. He took his time to properly investigate, explained everything clearly, and most importantly actually found and resolved the problem. Excellent work carried out by Lee. I had no hot water and Lee came out quickly and discussed my options to repair boiler or replace. I decided to replace. Work was done to a good standard and with minimal fuss and disruption. Price was good. I contacted Capital Heating & Plumbing on a Sunday morning regarding a frozen hot water pipe. The initial phone consultation was very polite, friendly and provided a clear arrival time and a transparent quote. Lee arrived ahead of schedule, was also polite, friendly and professional throughout, and resolved the issue quickly. It is rare to find such reliable service on a weekend. I started to trade as Capital Heating 14 years ago but have an industry work history that includes a 5-year heating and plumbing apprenticeship, working for a local authority, 5 years working for a major Gas company as a boiler break down, service, installation engineer. The last 14 years when I started as Capital Heating with most of my work being recommended customers that has grown year on year through word of mouth.
Our size of our company enables us to offer a personal service at competitive prices, which has led to our continuous growth. We are a company that work hard to deliver on all promises made, and with being a Checkatrade member and other recommended advertisement bodies you can be confident that we will do all we can to deliver an excellent service at a fair price.
