Eddie was absolutely fantastic. He was quick to respond every time we contacted. He is clearly very experienced and was able to determine the source of the damp issue. He provided very clear with the explanations so it was easier for me to understand. He also provided a very clear and comprehensive report. Definitely would recommend his service to friends and family.

Eddie came to my property to investigate numerous instances of suspected damp and conducted a thorough survey which included the use of thermal imaging. He carefully explained all of the issues to me from which I learned a lot. He is clearly an expert in his field which is why I chose him for the work. He did an excellent job of installing a damp-proof membrane and re-plastering the walls around my bay windows. Throughout the process he communicated well and advised me on the various other precautions I could take to reduce the risk and causes of damp in my property. Highly recommended!

Having had many so called “ Damp experts “ unsuccessfully deal with a problem that has been present for 25 years, I decided to give it one last go. Capital damp solutions asked many questions leading up to the visit all which became poignant once here. Many elaborate instruments were used to assess the issue and an in depth detail of how he was going to remedy the issue was presented in layman’s terms. I have since addressed some of these and with the remainder of the work being diarised in the forth coming weeks, I am actually looking forward to decorating for the first time in years.
