Scott from Canford Drains was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. He even showed us each step of the process so we understood exactly what was going on. He identified potential problems, carried out the necessary investigations, and resolved everything efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. Really helpful, informative, and reassuring from start to finish. Highly recommended and will definitely use again this company again should we need to. Really excellent service. We phoned at 4.30 pm and by 10.30 am the following morning the blocked drain had been cleared. Job location: DT2Within an hour of my telephone call about a blocked toilet and shower drain, Gerry arrived, listened to my concern and checked the work that needed to be done. Not only were the two drains unblocked within 20 minutes, but Gerry also checked all other waste outlets.
