From the very beginning James was punctual, polite and very professional. He listened patiently to exactly what we wanted and guided us with his expertise about the best route to what we wanted achieved. James was very friendly, he turned up on time each day and always left it tidy. We are over the moon with the results. Love our new cupboards and shelves and very happy with the work on both doors. An absolute pleasure to deal with James from start to finish. I would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you James!

I recently had a bedroom door replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Jsmes was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. Helped me choose the right style and material that fit my needs perfectly. The installation was quick and expertly done, with attention to detail that really showed. Not only does the new door look fantastic, gives a nice refresh to the room. I highly recommend this James to anyone looking to upgrade any wood work. Excellent experience all around!

Led me along a conversation before at the last minute saying there was no spot to do the work for two months. Then ignored my contact to attempt to book the job for the available time mentioned. Timewasting, if you don't want to do the job, just decline!

Arrived on time, very polite and overall was pleased with the job, including vacuuming up afterwards.However one small piece of skirting was missed and this on its own could be viewed as an oversight, but the marking down of the submitted results is due to being told a piece of sticker which needed to be removed from the skirting was in fact on later inspection appears to be damage to the skirting board and this needs to be replaced which is disappointing.
