Chris and his team are fantastic, really good communication, job was done promptly and really adaptable to any changes including de-mossing the roof before works commenced. We have been so pleased with the work the guys did, Chris managed the job sending videos even when we were away for a few days, a typical military guy with military precision and honestly. Chris and his team did a great job on replacing our roof, all work carried out as promised, very hard working lads and a great job when finished, they were considerate with the weather, ie didn’t start any section if looked like rain so everything was done in the dry weather - tidied up after themselves - overall very happy and would recommend - what was originally quoted is what we paid - no hidden costs 👍

All 3 bedrooms were badly affected with black mould. The only solution was to remove the plaster and re-plaster. C&R did a great job, the ceilings now look excellent, the work was carried out in a very professional manner and the rooms were cleaned of as much plaster dust as possible and left tidy. This is the second job that C&R have done for me and I'm very pleased with all their work. Will use again and thoroughly recommend the company.

Chris company Local Roofing Services Ltd were instructed to remove existing slate roof covering, spray foam insulation, then felt, batten and reinstate the slate. Some of the slates weren't capable of re-use so one pitch was re slated, the other tiled. Costs quickly escalated due to rotten timbers, but without evidence. Once complete the finish was unacceptable as the setting out of the both pitches was incorrect. Slates were cut by angle grinder, cut flush with the gable, tiles not even nailed in place. 2 independent experts advised to removing the work and start again, which is what we did.

Excellent Job. Thoroughly recommended. Chris as a good communicator ensuring that I was informed of any delays etc. The job took longer than intended as the guys doing the work all got flu; and the weather at the beginning of January was terrible. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the fact that everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each working day. So much so that I will be having them back to do another job that I need doing.
