  I could not fault the service. A quick reply from my Checkatrade job and my boiler service was booked in. Richard arrived on time, the service was carried out professionally and efficiently, all of my queries were answered and explained. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard and will be rebooking for next year. After previous bad experiences with other gas engineers my faith in thorough and reliable tradesmen is restored.

  Boiler Pump Repair

  Candor could not have been more helpful from start to finish. They communicated very well and arranged a day to come. Richard arrived right on time and was very polite and helpful. He quickly identified the issue with the pump and arranged to pick one up and fit it the same day. He was back within 2 hours and got it all fixed and up and running very quickly. We had been without hot water so very grateful!

  New Boiler

  I highly recomend Richard, gave me a few different options when quoting. During the work he was very tidy and efficent. He clearly explained all the controls after. Im very happy with the work. He has done it to a high standard and i would certainly get him back for servicing and anything else.
