2 breaches of health+safety,broken bathroom tiles and a team that don't listen to the customer.Had 4 windows changed and asked for EVERYTHING to be changed from brown to white.Despite even pointing to the cills,my cills were not replaced.Apparently that was my fault for not saying I wanted the cills changed.Salesman's fault for not guiding me.Had 2 broken bathroom tiles and wasn't even told.My kids almost cut themselves before I found them.Was without child restrictors for 2 wks when we have a disabled child.When asking for what I asked for and threatening a negative review I was accused of blackmail!

Very pleased with the quality of work carried out, could not fault the finish. The attention to detail was very good.

C&L replaced a large window in a large Victorian house in Gloucester. It looks as good today as the day it was fitted. Matches the original windows very well. Keeps a south facing room cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Quality of workmanship and materials is excellent.

Mike and Shaun did a fantastic job, professional, tidy, polite, provided high quality workmanship. Quality of product - high, good service all round. Would highly recommend.

Just had all our windows and 2 sets of biofold doors fitted. Fantastic job no mess at all the 2 fitters Mike and Sean were great have done a fab job we are so pleased. Thankyou C and L great company no pushy sales . Now for the conservatory cant wait

Beautiful windows and sliding patio door, fitted professionally and with great care. Sean and Michael were friendly and hard-working with a good old-fashioned customer service ethic. The whole process of selecting, ordering and planning the work was easy and fuss free, with no sales pressure whatsoever, and we found the prices to be very reasonable. There is no doubt that we would absolutely recommend C and L Windows to anyone thinking of renewing or upgrading, and we will be engaging them again in any future projects. An overall fantastic experience.
