Built in 1862 as an end of terrace of 6 railway cottages, the house looked good in 2009 despite it being the only one painted. Over the years the weather-proof paint perished and trapped in the rain, causing problems. The paint needed to come off, but it was unclear whether the brick could be restored. Dan inspired confidence. His team, including Jack, pulled out all the stops and went the extra mile and more. When the scaffold came down the sun popped out and we were blown away. Dan and his team did a fantastic job. We highly recommend C&D Restoration. Their craftsmanship is second to none.
