Fatos and Carlos were tasked with fixing the poorly designed plumbing in my bathroom, coming up with a solution for enclosing the laundry machine, and solving the mould issue in my bedroom by insulating it from the inside. Given such challenging tasks, they delivered brilliantly, contributing intelligent solutions to every problem. They were always responsive and professional, communicating clearly when they would come and do the work. When they left, they always made an effort to clean up after themselves.
