  Initially emergency call out then full re-wire

  Andy was absolutely fantastic throughout. He initially helped me on an emergency call-out, with Mille ensuring my tenant had safe and working electrics that very evening. They went on to carry out a full rewire of the property and I couldn’t be more impressed. Not only was the work done to a high standard, but Andy also went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible — both for me as the landlord and for the tenant, who was in the property. He was communicative, reliable, and wanted to get the job right. It’s hard to find honest reliable people but look no further! 10/10

  I had an issue with the socket plug which connects to my washing machine.

  Andy was incredibly helpful and professional. He guided me through troubleshooting an electrical issue via video call without charging a penny, while others were quoting over £150. He even offered to send someone to test the socket the next day for free before discussing any charges. He suggested the problem might be with the extension lead, so I bought a new one and a socket tester. I sent him photos, and he confirmed everything was done correctly. Honest, kind, and knowledgeable—highly recommended!
