Brilliant service, communicated very well when arranging the job. Will definitely use again

Charlie responded to the quote request quickly and we arranged a date for the works to be completed - easily. He arrived on time to carry out the work. He was very friendly and clearly experienced in what he does- he got on with the work quickly, and ensured the area was tidy and put back together before he left. I asked him if he could help with a couple of other jobs next time- and he was very happy to listen to what works we wanted- and offer suggestions for the bests ways to get the job done. Would definitely recommend - thank you.

Throughout the process Charlie was by far the best communicator of all the electricians I got quotes from. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted done, why, and then explained clearly to me what the options were, even going into detail about exactly where chasing and conduits would go, and checking under a floorboard to confirm. I am delighted with the quality of the work undertaken and if it weren't for the new sockets it'd be impossible to tell that he'd been here it was left so clean and tidy. Absolutely 10/10 would work with him again!

I had Charlie come in to give a 2nd (technically 3rd) opinion after some work done by a family member. He was very responsive and booked in within a few working days. He was very polite, helpful, professional and offered solid advice/opinions. He also didn’t try to sell a rewire or any other services that he didn’t feel were necessary.
