  The surveyor came to view the problem with a £40 callout charge. After receiving the draft schedule of works I asked two small questions, sent four follow-up emails, but sadly never got any answer from the Camdamp.

  Damp Inspection

  I would highly recommend Camdamp. I was keen to check for damp on a property I was purchasing. Elaine was quick to answer the phone which looks like it would have been outside of normal working hours. Considering the current COVID restrictions, she managed to attend the property the following week and was quick to get the report across to me a few days later. I am an estate agent and will highly recommend to other clients looking for their services. Thank you.

  Damp Proof Course and Timber Treatment

  Thoroughly delighted with the service I received from Camdamp. A totally professional company with a great deal of knowledge and experience. I felt totally confident that they would do a good job and I was not disappointed! The walls were injected with a damp proof course and the walls plastered beautifully. The cottage was left clean and tidy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. We also chose to have the timbers treated for woodworm and this was undertaken without issue. Both the damp proof course and the timber treatment come with a 30 year insurance backed guarantee,
