We had concerns about an unlevelled floor and got in touch with a few companies. This one got back to us after a couple of follow-ups, then scheduled a visit and showed up as planned. The assessment was detailed - they took measurements, explained things clearly, and helped us understand what was going on. In the end, they advised against levelling the floor, explaining what that would involve and why it probably wasn’t worth it. Overall, straightforward and helpful.
