Well mannered and friendly. Slightly errrtic communication but generally stuck to planned timing. Good work and helpful with small additional requests, that they did without hesitation. Left the work area clean and tidy and a great safe walking space for my elderly mum. She is very pleased with end result as am I.

I got a really quick call in response to the job and Callum was around earlier than he thought he might have been, which was appreciated. He found the source of the problem and gave the attic a full inspection. Once happy with where the leak was coming from, he inspected the roof to be sure. He fixed the damage over the next few hours and even did some small repair work to a neighbours house (with their go ahead) to slow down the wear on their roof. He also got rid of a busted arial which was really helpful. Brilliant service - would call again in a heartbeat.

They were super quick at responding to the post. I posted at 11pm the night before and the job was done by 10:30 the next day, very impressed! The price wasn't ridiculous and they were very friendly, even pointed out some damage that I should be aware of. While they did offer to fix it and quoted me, they weren't pushy and were very understanding when I declined (for the timebeing). I would recommend them for jobs like mine for sure!
