  Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. From the initial contact to ongoing communication right up until the day of the job, everything was spot on. The work was completed to a high standard, reasonably priced, and done with care. What really stood out was the extra thought and effort, went above and beyond by suggesting and fitting an additional cut-off valve, making it easier for my elderly mother to shut off the water supply if needed. A small but incredibly thoughtful detail that shows real professionalism. 10 stars all the way. Thank you!

  Karl came the next day and did the job in 30 mins. All went very well. Was able yo use a bank transfer to settle the bill which was very reasonable. So glad I was dealing with a company and not a freelance individual. I have had some bad experiences in the past.
